The lead local flood authority for the Trent Valley area is, Nottingham City Council, if you need to contact the Lead Local Flood Authority Team, email floodriskmanagement@nottinghamcity.gov.uk with the following details: your name, address, phone number, email address and pictures of flooding / flood damage.   Or you can report through their website page Standing Water or Flooding on the public highway.
